Total Productive Maintenance
FLEX presents a new application for productive maintenance management.
There is a distinction between planned (or ordinary) maintenance, which includes corrective maintenance and minor preventive maintenance, and extraordinary maintenance, which includes the rest of maintenance actions such as the improvement maintenance and the relevant preventive maintenance (ex. revisions).
In order to be a valuable resource, maintenance management processes must be integrated with other business processes and supported by a proper IT system. That's why FLEX presents a solution for preventive and extraordinary maintenance management, integrated with the other FLEX applications.
