Tubla: from Croatia a new J-Flex project in the fashion world!

Counting 600 employees and a turnover of 40 millions of euro and 45.000.000 products per year, it is one of the most important company in the fashion industry world-wide.
The company top management chose Tecnest and our software solutions to manage the operations planning and execution processes in the Croatian plant. The aim is to better balance the production work-load and to optimize the production plan, as well as to improve process efficiency, according to defined KPIs.
