The Master Planning Process plays a very important role in the production planning process since it involves tactical activities that are the necessary bond between a company's strategical and operational level.
This process in fact turns the company business plan into a plan to manage both Operations and Sales.
The J-Flex software suite has functionality to manage Master Planning processes non only in Make To Stock production environments but also in To Order ones.
